Adventures in Papal drips

It's Jeff, from the Satanic team

Total Playtime is a Patreon-supported podcast about videogames, hosted by Alice Bell, Jon Hicks, Brendan Caldwell and Nate Crowley. Jank has partnered with them and we'll be posting new episodes each week.

This week the two Videogame Popes face a new foe, Videogames Jeff Kaplan, which we have to make clear is not the same entity as videogame creator Jeff Kaplan. Join them as he offers a series of character customisation options, enabling them to craft their final papal forms. Yes, it's another lore episode as we further develop our religious beliefs.

This post has been written in the manner of an Exquisite Corpse game, because I and also me (the other person writing this) are both away, so the draft has been written in shifts. Who, where, what, and why? You'll never know. Much as we will never know how far back the inside of Nate's head actually goes. For this is also another episode where we put Nate in charge.

But the results are nowhere near as chaotic as you'd expect from Nate and/or Game Satan. Once again Avignon and Rome are largely aligned, so our Popes are basically the same Pope but with slightly different Pope-ly colour schemes (which can be bought in the in-game shop of the universe, with prayer currency).

It should be noted, however, that one of the Popes is incensed that the other writes video game as one word.

Salmon Cannon. A 1970s Camaro looks like this. I'm not linking to mpreg Sonic, you can Google that yourselves.

Recommendations!

One me recommends Covonia Sore Throat Menthol Spray, and the other me recommends Slow Horses by Mick Herron, and Nate recommends the second season of Peacemaker.
